Markaz offers user-focused training, which can be delivered on site or online as required. Markaz technical support is available 24/7. Highly skilled technicians with extensive I.T. knowledge and understanding of the broadcasting industry deliver the task including installation and configuration, software upgrades, user issues and assistance.
Software Maintenance
Our team frequently develops new functionality to meet client needs and to take advantage of new technologies. These regular upgrades are made available to all customers on software maintenance agreements.
